We proudly partner with the Southeastern Geriatric Healthcare Group, a team of highly trained clinicians led by Dr. Gary S. Figiel, M.D. to provide quality healthcare for our residents.

At Tapestry House Memory Care, we envision each resident having an individualized experience throughout their stay, that is why our Resident Experience program extends the welcome to our community with an attentive and personalized service. We begin by listening to the interests and preferences of each resident, we collaborate with her family members and create experiences as unique as the residents themselves.

Dining is a key concept for all Insignia communities, so our culinary and care teams place a special emphasis on creating varied menus and dining experiences that all residents can enjoy. Our Dining with Purpose program offers residents menus full of options and designs each meal as a social event where residents experience the pleasure of our tasty food alongside new friends of the same generation they meet in our community.
